Weekend Workshop

2 week course held on either a Saturday or Sunday morning over two consecutive weekends

Classes run from 9am – 1 pm

This class will prepare you for labour, birth and your early parenting experience. Our aim is to ensure you and your partner feel confident, prepared and informed about birth and parenting.

Class topics include:

• When to come to hospital
• Labour
• Birth
• Caesarean section
• The role of your support person
• Positions for active labour
• Options for pain relief
• Feeding and caring for your baby

Cost per couple: $100 (Benefits may apply from your health fund)
