• 陪产者的作用
• 止痛方式
• 喂养方式及如何照顾新生儿

Virtual classes run from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm - 2 consecutive weeks

This class is facilitated by a mandarin speaking midwife from our Maternity Unit. This class will prepare you for labour, birth and your early parenting experience. Our aim is to ensure you and your partner feel confident, prepared and informed about birth and parenting

Class topics include:

• When to come to hospital
• Labour
• Birth
• Caesarean section
• The role of your support person
• Positions for active labour
• Options for pain relief
• Feeding and caring for your baby

Cost per couple: $120 (Benefits may apply from your health fund)
