Weeknight Antenatal Series 

Classes run from 7 pm – 9.30 pm - 2 consecutive weeks

This class will prepare you for labour, birth, and your early parenting experience. Our aim is to ensure you and your partner feel confident, prepared, and informed about birth and parenting.

Class topics include:

• When to come to hospital
• Labour
• Birth
• Caesarean section
• The role of your support person
• Positions for active labour
• Options for pain relief
• Feeding and caring for your baby
• Access to online Antenatal Learning Centre
