Kate has been a registered midwife and registered nurse for nearly 25 years. Starting off as a graduate midwife at Mitcham, having her 3 children here in the maternity unit then progressing to the Midwifery Unit Manager. She has a strong supportive team that thrive on women centred care, and always put the women and family first to make sure your experience into parenthood is as smooth as possible. The midwifery team look forward to supporting you and your family throughout your journey at Mitcham Private Hospital.

Throughout your pregnancy, I will be your point of contact with general information to support you and your family on your journey into parenthood. I can assist you with any questions you may have about your hospital stay with us and in addition can provide you with information about our Maternity Tours, Childbirth and Parenting programs and other support services that we can offer you.

I am also multilingual and able to speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese. Following the birth of your child I will visit you during your stay with us to ensure you are comfortable and have everything that you need.
