Child Birth Refresher Class

Virtual classes run from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm - This class is run on selected evenings.

This class is for couples who already have another child and want to refresh their knowledge. There is plenty of time for our midwife to answer your specific questions.

• Review of signs of labour
• Preparing your child for their new sibling
• Reviewing sleep and settling strategies
• Infant feeding
• SIDS and Kids Guidelines
• Routines and what to expect in the day of a newborn
• What has changed since you last had a baby
• Vaginal Birth after Caesarean (VBAC)
• Postnatal depression
• Community resources
• Tour of the maternity unit
