Mr Derek Neoh, specialist plastic surgeon (MED0001582867), completed his MBBS at the University of Melbourne in 1996. Derek trained in plastic surgery at major hospitals, including St Vincent’s and the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Derek was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2009.
In 2010 Derek completed a 12-month fellowship at Toronto General Hospital and the Women’s College Hospital in Canada. During his fellowship Derek specialised in microsurgery, particularly breast reconstruction.
Derek has a strong interest in oncological reconstruction (breast, head, and neck) and provides an oncological reconstructive service at the Austin, Maroondah and Box Hill Hospitals as well as in his private rooms.
Derek consistently strives to provide the best outcome with the safest techniques for each individual patient, keeping in mind at all times the patient’s needs and expectations. Derek provides patient care in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
