Bronwyn is a qualified specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist and is the founder of the all-Women Specialist Group, BAE Women’s Health located in Mitcham.
Bronwyn is highly experienced in both low and high risk obstetrics and general gynaecology. Bronwyn is described as a caring, calm, committed person. She is an excellent communicator and can put her patients at ease. As a mother, nothing makes her happier than helping mums through their pregnancies, birth and transition into motherhood.
Bronwyn strives to achieve the best possible outcome for mums and their babies through her high level of personalised care and involvement with her patients.
Bronwyn graduated from Monash University with Honours in 2005. After undertaking postgraduate training in Emergency Medicine, Plastic Surgery, Psychiatry and Paediatrics she commenced her specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology.
Bronwyn trained primarily at Eastern Health and Monash Health in Melbourne with rotations at several other hospitals including rural postings gaining experience in high risk obstetrics and general gynaecology. She has extensive local knowledge and a commitment to looking after women in the Eastern Suburbs after working in the area since 2007.
Having a keen interest in education and keeping up to date, Bronwyn has held such appointments as the Clinical Supervisor for Monash and Deakin University medical students at Eastern Health Clinical school. And as well as pursuing further qualifications in pregnancy nutrition, she has presented her research on exercise during pregnancy at international conferences.
