Mitcham Private Hospital would like to introduce you to Dr Hema Grover, obstetrician and gynaecologist. Hema completed her Medical Degree (MBBS) in 1999 followed by specialist training from a tertiary institution in New Delhi, India. After migrating to Australia in 2008, she entered the local specialist training program enabling her to become a RANZCOG Fellow.
Having worked within a range of public and private hospitals in Australia and overseas, she understands the needs of all aspects of women’s health. She is looked upon by other clinicians in her team as a caring and a thorough obstetrician.
With over 12 years of experience in obstetrics and gynaecology. She is trained in a range of gynaecological procedures from minor to major operative gynaecological surgeries including laparoscopy, operative hysteroscopy and hysterectomy.
In addition to Hema’s wealth of experience and knowledge, she has demonstrated an innate ability to work within a broad range of clinical environments, whilst collaborating with various medical practitioners. With local/international experience and passion for medicine, combined with a compassionate yet professional approach, she is accustomed to working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds, and building rapport with people at all levels.
