Mitcham Private Hospital would like to introduce Mr Sunil Jassal, general surgeon with advanced training in breast surgery who consults privately and operates at Mitcham Private Hospital and works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary breast care team at Mitcham Private Hospital.

Following his undergraduate training at The University of Melbourne, Sunil gained his FRACS based out of The Austin Hospital. He spent a year as a fellow in general surgery at Dandenong Hospital before pursuing advanced training in breast surgery at The Royal Perth Hospital, one of Australia’s busiest breast clinics.

Sunil continued to develop his extensive post fellowship experience as a consultant in breast and general Surgery at both Royal Perth and Fremantle Hospitals. He also recently co-authored a book “Breast Cancer. The Facts”.
