Mitcham Private Sleep Centre is a dedicated sleep disorder unit located onsite at Mitcham Private Hospital, and has been operational since 1998.

The centre provides high quality, full Level 1 overnight sleep studies of the highest internation standard for privately insured, DVA and self funded patients, and is supported by a team of accredited, experienced sleep and respiratory physicians, technicians and nursing staff.

The centre provides comprehensive assessment and management of a range of sleep disorders, including:

• Respiratory Sleep Disorders (Sleep Apnea/Snoring)
• Movement and Behavioural Sleep Disorders
• Excessive Daytime Sleepiness
• Insomnia

The newly renovated centre features the latest Compumedic digital recording systems and modern accomodation and facilities.  All studies are performed in private rooms, featuring comfortable beds and modern amenities to ensure the best possible sleep conditions. 

The hours of operation have also been expanded to up to 7 nights a week, offering short waiting times and access to early appointments for patients.  Onsite specialist appointments and free parking are available for Mitcham Private Sleep Centre patients.
