When to book
Once your pregnancy has been confirmed you can book your delivery with us.
How to book
| Step 1 : |
If you have not already selected your obstetrician you will need to select an Obstetrician to care for you during your pregnancy. Click here to view our list of Obstetricians. Please contact the Obstetricians rooms directly to make an appointment. |
| Step 2 : |
Click Here or the online admission form icon and follow the prompts. Completing the form will take about 15- 20 minutes. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your admission form.
You will need to have the following information ready when you fill in your admission form.
- Personal/Next of Kin details
- Medicare Details
- Health Fund Details
- Benefit details ie safety net or pension cards
- Your General Practitioners name and address

Your registration will be acknowledged by email, you will also receive a letter confirming your booking and providing information about Birth Education and Parenting Classes, this letter should arrive within 10 business days. (Please note this timeframe is required due to the changes to Australia Post Services) |

We recommend that prior to coming into hospital you read our website and use the useful links page for information about your hospital stay and about becoming a parent. |
