Orthopaedic Pre- Admission Clinic

• Multidisciplinary team of health care workers streamline admission to hospital and provide information in preparation for surgery.
• Identify any potential clinical risks pre and post surgery and identify special patient requirements
• Provide education to patients and families regarding surgery, recovery
• Coordinate discharge home/rehabilitation services.
